Just to make a note> this radio des not work fromthe first attempt. On needs to adjust some resitror values to match current limits specified in the schematic as well as make sure it does ot oscillate which actually means adjusting one uinspecified capacitor, and adjusting the range is not straightforeward nor is described in the asemvbly instructions. If zpou get to to work you are an expert and you have a good equipment.

I don't test mosfets this way any longer because many will leak D-S at high(normal) voltages, even 'new' ones, so they must be tested at actual operating voltage which can be up to 350v.

高度なテスターとは言えないですね！！　　 普通に作れば、ダイオードが２つ入る分1.2v以上電圧測定が下がる計算。　電圧計で補正させても入力電圧しだいで変わってくるので、補正値が一定ではない。 ダイオードが入る分、電圧計の動作電圧が変わってしまう事も考えなくてはいけない。　 12vバッテリー専用にするなら良いかも知れない。 私もコンパレーターで、抵抗値測定するのを作りましたが、結果的にショートしてるかどうかのチェックに使う事にしか使わなくなった。（2回路入りコンパレーターで、3段階の測定：例０Ω～１Ω・１Ω強～１０Ω・１０Ω強～∞：比較抵抗器により変えれます。） 日本語で書いて良かったのかな？　タイトルが日本語だったのでそのまま書きました。
